 An Ontario Tim Hortons Was Just Charged For Breaking Multiple COVID-19 Rules

The Tim Hortons allegedly failed to enforce social distancing within their store. 

The location also did not restrict capacity limits and did not ensure face coverings were being worn. 

All of the violations were reported on Christmas Eve.

Each offence comes with its own hefty fine. For example, the location could now face a $500 fee for not enforcing social distancing. 

It's worth noting that the business has yet to be convicted of any of its charges.

The establishment will be presumed innocent until its alleged offences are proven or admitted, according to the City of Hamilton.
